Where: The Outfitters Center at THE WHARF

When: Friday 9/19/08 4pm-8pm  The Wharf

1. Player Passes

Player passes will be checked against the Player Roster.

2. A Copy of your current State Player Roster or US Club Soccer Roster.

We will keep the copy. Add information on any guest players to this copy. Please have the original available in case of discrepancies.

3. Medical Release Forms

Medical Release forms will be checked against the Player Roster/Release Form. There must be a medical release form for each player listed, except for US Club Soccer, which is made aprt of other documentation.

4. Permission to Travel Form

Required for all out-of-state teams, except for US Club Soccer registered teams.

6:30pm  Coaches reception at The Wharf

The Flora-Bama Showcase is proud to announce, in partnership with the Alabama Gulf Coast Sports Commission, that September 19th we will be having a catered coaches dinner in honor of the Coaches.

The night of the check-in (September 19th) the coaches will be able to meet at THE WHARF in Orange Beach, AL and enjoy a wonderful casual meet and greet style dinner catered by Cosmo's.
